Returns/ Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on items for change of mind. In certain circumstances we may be able to accommodate exchanges of size subject to availability, however, the customer is responsible for covering the associated shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges of size. If an exchange is offered, items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed with original tags in place. There is absolutely no return or exchange on Swimwear for hygiene reasons.


Faults/ Flaws


Any faults must be reported within 5 days of item receipt to be eligible for return or refund. We will not under any circumstances accept returns on items after this period of time has passed. We reserve the right to offer a repair of the fault. A refund will only be issued if the garment is faulty beyond repair or if an alternate size in the same style is unavailable for exchange.

We reserve the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.



Once an order is placed we do not accept cancellations by request of the customer.

Final acceptance of the order is given by AvaHazel.sore and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If you have an issue with an item or wish to discuss this policy please contact us.
